Tuition Assistance
New students accepted to an NIP program, as well as current candidates, may apply for tuition assistance. Awards, which may be full or partial tuition, are based on financial need, the candidate’s program of enrollment, and year of training. The tuition assistance scholarship does not include supervision costs. Candidates must apply for tuition assistance annually. 

License Qualifying Program Diversity Scholarship
NIP’s Diversity Scholarship is available to applicants accepted to the License Qualifying Program. The scholarship may cover all or part of the cost of tuition and supervision for one academic year. The goal of NIP's Diversity Scholarship is to recognize individuals who bring historically underrepresented groups into the field of psychoanalysis and NIP.

Essay - Understanding that diversity encompasses a wide range of experiences, identities and perspectives, please provide a personal statement of not more than 500 words to demonstrate your commitment to promoting diversity in your academic space, workplace and/or community.

Application Deadline
The scholarship application deadline for the 2024-2025 academic year is July 1, 2025. Although you can not apply for financial aid until you are accepted, applicants are strongly advised to prepare a tuition assistance application prior to hearing about acceptance so it can be submitted as soon as you hear. Applications will not be accepted after July 1.
